2. How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery time is 7 to 15 business days depending on the product and your location.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package in real time.


3. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Homexa ships to selected countries. During checkout, available shipping destinations will be listed. If your country is not listed, unfortunately, we do not deliver there at this time.


4. How much is shipping?

Shipping fees may vary depending on the destination and the product. Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.


5. Can I track my order?

Yes! As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your order. You can also log in to your Homexa account to check your order status at any time.


6. Can I return an item?

Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • You must contact our customer service team within 7 days after receiving your item.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package back to us.
